Congregational Land Partners has been working as advisors for a Presbyterian Church in the City of Los Angeles assisting the church in exploring the feasibility of redeveloping a portion of its property to build affordable housing on its campus.  The exploration included the potential adaptation of part of the church building, which is historically designated, into a new housing development.

The Congregational Land Committee prepared a Request for Proposals and assisted the church in selecting a development partner for a proposed project that will provide senior affordable housing. The church is currently working with the selected developer to advance the proposed development, which is intended to accommodate at least 80 units of senior affordable housing.
